This page describes, specifically, what Kudoloop actually collects and does with your information — based on how the product is really built today, not a generic template. It covers the marketing site and the dashboard you use to send review requests.
When you sign up, we collect your email address (used for login, via our authentication provider Supabase) and your business's name. If you connect a Google Business Profile, we store your Google review link so we can send customers to it.
To send review requests on your behalf, you provide us with your customers' names and their email addresses and/or phone numbers — either one at a time or by uploading a CSV list. We also keep a record of each request's status (sent, clicked, reviewed) so your dashboard can show you what's working. This information belongs to your business relationship with your customers; we only use it to send the requests you ask us to send.
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe's own hosted Checkout page. Kudoloop never sees or stores your card number, expiration date, or CVC — Stripe collects that directly. On our side, we only store a reference ID for your Stripe customer and subscription (so we know which plan you're on), not any raw payment details.
We don't sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use it for advertising — we don't run any advertising or ad-retargeting services on this site at all.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Kudoloop. We share only what each one needs to do its job:

You can view and update your business profile, timezone, and notification preferences directly from your account settings at any time.
We don't currently have a self-serve “delete my account” button. If you'd like your account, business data, or your uploaded customer contacts deleted, email support@reviewbooster.app and we'll process the request manually. We'll confirm with you once it's done.
We keep your account, business, and customer contact data for as long as your account is active, so your dashboard and request history stay accurate. If you cancel your subscription, your account data isn't automatically deleted — it's kept in case you resubscribe, unless you request deletion as described above.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and authentication is handled by Supabase rather than us storing passwords ourselves. Payment details never touch our servers at all — Stripe's hosted Checkout handles that directly. We haven't pursued or obtained formal compliance certifications (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR, or CCPA certification) at this stage, and we're not claiming any here — if that changes, we'll update this page.
If how we collect or use data changes, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above to reflect it.
