These terms cover using Kudoloop to send review requests to your customers and manage your subscription. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Kudoloop is built for real, operating businesses sending review requests to their own customers — not for personal use, resale of access, or any account that isn't tied to an actual business. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything sent from your account.
You agree to use Kudoloop only to request reviews from customers you actually served. Specifically, you won't:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly incentivized-review or spam behavior that would put your Google Business Profile — or ours — at risk.
New accounts start on a free trial that includes your first 10 review requests, at no cost. Once you've used your trial requests, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to keep sending them. Current plan pricing and what's included in each tier is shown on our Pricing page — we're listing the behavior below rather than a specific dollar figure here, since that's the page we keep current if pricing changes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period right away. When you downgrade to a lower plan, your current (higher) plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and the downgrade takes effect automatically at your next renewal — you're not charged again or switched early.
We don't issue automatic refunds or credit for the unused portion of a plan when you downgrade or cancel — there's no self-serve refund flow in the product today. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@reviewbooster.app and we'll review it manually.
Every plan is month-to-month — there's no annual contract or lock-in. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Kudoloop sends the requests you set up — it doesn't write, post, or influence what your customers actually say. We don't guarantee any specific number of reviews, star rating, response rate, or ranking outcome. Results depend on your customers, your service, and factors entirely outside our control.
Kudoloop is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product — including lost revenue, lost reviews, or business decisions made based on dashboard data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Kudoloop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
