Are the reviews real? Is this compliant with Google's policies?
Yes. Every review is written and posted by your actual customer, from their own Google account — Kudoloop only sends the request and a personalized review link. Nothing is auto-generated or auto-posted on anyone's behalf.
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are live in minutes: add your Google review link, customize your request message, and send your first request the same day you sign up.
What's your cancellation policy?
Every plan is month-to-month — cancel anytime from your account settings and you won't be billed again. There's no long-term contract on any tier.
What channels are review requests sent through?
Every plan sends email review requests. Pro and Premium also add SMS, so customers on those tiers can be asked either way.
Can I customize the request message or timing?
Requests go out on Kudoloop's proven default wording and cadence, which most accounts run as-is. If you want something different for your business, reach out to support.
Does multi-location support cost extra?
Starter covers 1 location, Pro covers up to 3, and Premium covers unlimited locations — each with its own review requests and reporting rolled into the same dashboard.
What happens if a customer leaves negative feedback?
Kudoloop only sends the request — it doesn't screen, filter, or gate reviews based on expected rating. Customers write and post their own review however they choose, the same as any organic Google review.
How does pricing work across the three tiers?
Starter is $10/mo, Pro is $30/mo, and Premium is $79/mo. Each tier raises your monthly request limit and location count — Pro and Premium add SMS requests alongside email, and Premium includes unlimited requests and locations. All three include dashboard analytics.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial covering your first 10 review requests, so you can see real results land on your Google Business Profile before you pay anything.
What do I need to get started?
Just your Google review link and a list of customers to request from — add them one at a time or upload a CSV to import a full list in bulk.
Do customers need a Google account to leave a review?
Posting a review on Google requires the customer to be signed into their own Google account — that's a Google requirement, not something Kudoloop controls. Kudoloop just sends them the link.
